Privacy Policy – PDF All-in-One

Privacy Policy – PDF All-in-One

Last updated: October 11, 2026

1. Introduction

PDF All-in-One (“the App”) is an Android application that provides tools for viewing, editing, organizing, and managing PDF documents. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

2. Files and Documents

The App is designed to process PDF documents locally on your device for supported operations.

Your documents are not intentionally uploaded to our servers by the App. Files may be accessed only as needed to perform the features you choose. You should review Android permissions and file access requests before granting access.

3. Personal Information

The App does not require you to create an account. We do not intentionally collect your name, address, phone number, or personal documents through our own servers.

However, third-party services integrated into the App may process certain information as described below.

4. Advertising

The App may use Google AdMob to display advertisements, including banner, interstitial, native, and rewarded ads.

Google and its advertising partners may collect or process information such as device identifiers, advertising data, approximate location, and ad interaction information, subject to your settings, applicable consent requirements, and Google's policies.

For more information, please review Google's Privacy Policy:

https://policies.google.com/privacy

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal documents or intentionally share them with third parties through our own servers.

Third-party advertising providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and the applicable settings and permissions.

6. Data Security

We aim to minimize data collection and design the App to process supported documents on your device. You remain responsible for keeping your device secure and maintaining backup copies of important files.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not specifically designed to collect personal information from children. Advertising and audience settings will be configured in accordance with applicable laws and Google Play requirements.

8. Your Choices

You can manage the App's permissions through your Android device settings. You may also manage available advertising privacy settings through your device and Google's services.

9. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the App's features or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published at the policy URL.

Storage Doctor · Android Privacy Policy

The short version: Storage Doctor analyzes your storage locally on your device. Your photos, videos and files never leave your phone, are never uploaded, and are never sent to us or to any external AI model. There is no account, no login and no cloud backend. The only third-party component is the Google AdMob advertising SDK, described in section 4.

1. Who we are

Storage Doctor (the “App”) is developed and published by RachDev (“we”, “us”, “our”). For any question about this policy or your data, contact us at rachida.ablata@gmail.com.

2. Information the App accesses on your device

PermissionWhy it is neededWhere it is processed
READ_MEDIA_IMAGES
READ_MEDIA_VIDEOS
To scan your photo and video library so the App can detect duplicate files, screenshots, large videos and large files, and show how much space each item uses.Only on your device. Nothing is uploaded.
MediaStore deletion authorizationTo ask Android to delete a specific file after you select it and confirm. The App never deletes anything on its own; every deletion triggers the official Android system confirmation dialog.Handled by the Android operating system.

3. Data we do NOT collect

We do not collect, store, sell or share:

  • Your photos, videos, music or any other files, and not even their file names;
  • Your contacts, messages, calendar or call logs;
  • Your name, email address, phone number or any account information (there is no account);
  • Your precise location;
  • Any analytics or telemetry about how you use the App.

The App's analysis runs entirely offline. You can use it in airplane mode.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App displays advertisements supplied by Google AdMob. To serve ads, the AdMob SDK may collect and process certain information from your device, which can include your advertising identifier (Advertising ID), device and app information, approximate (non-precise) location derived from your IP address, and ad interaction data.

  • This data is collected by Google, not by us. We do not receive your personal files or file contents.
  • Google's handling of this data is described in the Google Privacy & Terms and in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
  • If the App offers a paid / ad-free option in the future, that choice will be described in the App and in this policy.
  • You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, and opt out of personalised advertising, at any time in Android Settings → Google → Ads.

5. Data sharing

We do not share any personal data with third parties, because we do not collect any. The only data leaving your device is the advertising-related data described in section 4, transmitted directly by the Google AdMob SDK to Google.

6. Data retention and deletion

We do not retain any personal data on our servers, so there is nothing for us to delete. Storage analysis results stay on your device and disappear when you clear the App's data or uninstall it. For advertising data controlled by Google, use the Advertising ID controls described in section 4.

7. Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

8. Security

Because the App processes your media locally and does not transmit your files, the risk of your personal files being exposed through us is eliminated by design. Any data transmitted by the advertising SDK is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) by Google.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the App changes (for example if new features or SDKs are added). The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version. Material changes will also be mentioned in the App's release notes on Google Play.
